This building, right under the Ville Marie expressway has been, for many years a canvas for graffiti artists. Since late 2006 the main floor has been lowered by 6′, The original train tracks coming into the building have been removed and toxic soil greets you as you enter. Since it borders Westmount, one might expect condos just like all the other Imperial Tobbacco buildings.
